We perform wastewater Design for any size of project. These type of systems are also called onsite sewage facillities, on-site sewage facilities, or decentrailized wastewater. These can be for a single family residence, apartments, convenience stores, offices, hotels, retreat centers, breweries, RV Parks, conference centers, and more. We handle all permit design, soil testing, soil profile analysis, water balances, nutrient uptake plans, management plans, site suitability letter and studies, related driveway and site development permits, and everything you will need to fully permit your construction site.

Our construction and installation services are as diverse as small scale wastewater projects, or full infrastructure construction. We have performed a variety of work on various construction projects for both public and private entities, and have full insurance and bonding capabilities.

Our design services include everything needed to take a raw piece of undeveloped property, and getting it developed into subdivided lots, with related infrastructure design and surveying, ready to be sold or used. This includes all permits, all work through regulatory authorities, and all approvals required to turn a concept plan into reality, including all design aspects.

Our firm's Managing Partner is a Registered Professional Engineer, and has over 40 years experience in Heavy-Highway, Civil, and Institutional/Industrial Construction estimating, design, and permit services. He has served on various Boards and Commissions, including City of Austin Water and Wastewater Commission, Texas Onsite Wastewater Commission, and more.

Our construction experience is quite diverse, from railroads to wastewater systems, from bridges to pedestrian tunnels, from municipal pools/parks to private resort centers, from lift stations to water treatment systems, from road rehabilition to new roads/highways, from detention facilities to conveyance structures, from in-water dredging to dock and marina facilities. We have designed and constructed entire residential subdivisions. Above ground, or underground, above the water, or under the water, we can build it.

Let us put our knowledge to work for you!

Our knowledge base is quite diverse. We can do budgets for you, perform feasibility analysis, and either perform Registered Professional Engineering services, or recommend other qualified firms if our own workload is too great.  We welcome collaboration with other firms in order to help design the most cost-effective solution to all your needs - large or small.

We also have the ability to construct what we design. Alternately, we can bid off of other's designs.
